Auburn MBAs: Partnering With You to Create a Competitive Advantage for Your Business

Today’s business climate is more competitive than ever before. In a world of constant change, Auburn MBA students and graduates posses the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform at the highest levels of the modern organization.
We look to partner with businesses to help them rise above the competition through top talent identification. Businesses learn about our high caliber students four ways:
- Company Visits and Presentations
Go back to school and join us in the classroom to share your company’s challenges and successes. Field questions from some of the nation’s brightest students through a dynamic learning session.
Introduce your company to current MBAs as a guest speaker in our Speaker Series, a more informal setting than the classroom to encourage increased dialogue between you and our candidates.
- Career Fairs
Chat one-on-one with our MBAs during the semi-annual MBA Career Fair. Because we limit our class size to ensure an optimal learning environment, talent managers can comfortably focus their attention on each and every student that visits.
- Conducting Interviews
Whether you want to fill an open position, or create a stronger talent pipeline, we invite you to find out how our MBA students present their knowledge, skills and abilities in one of the most revealing exercises – the interview.
- Corporate Projects
MBAs in their final semester are required to exhibit the culmination of their program learnings by teaming with classmates to “consult” with selected businesses on key matters. At no financial expense to the company, businesses are invited to learn about the MBAs’ skills first-hand by providing a business problem to the students for them to solve. From financial analysis to product marketing, there is no project out of the realm of possibility.
Our MBA students are recognized by talent managers as bright individuals with a good work ethic, who work well in team environments, and who are very loyal.
At Auburn, we believe these characteristics are a timeless foundation upon which a strong workforce is built.
